Our written offers are good for seven days, giving you time to get any necessary funds to settle your transaction.

How do I get paid for my car?

You will leave with payment in hand the same day you sell us your car. We pay with a Cashier's Check from Chase Bank.

What do I need to sell my car?

Requirements can vary from state to state, but there are a few items you’ll need no matter where you are:
  • Your car’s title or payoff information. All titleholders should be present.
  • Valid and current registrations
  • Valid state-issued photo ID for all title holders.
  • All keys and remotes

We also test drive your car and check to see if the brakes and turn signals are working (among other things). If repairs are needed, we may adjust our offer accordingly. In regard to cleanliness, the long-term maintenance and care of your car is what’s most important in determining our appraisal offer.

What can I expect during my inspection appointment?

  • Our low-touch appraisals allow us to inspect the vehicle in a safe sanitary way.
  • You’ll observe your car’s appraisal – maintaining a distance of at least 6 feet from your vehicle.
  • Offers may be contingent on verifying a car’s mechanical condition with a test drive and/or a review of the cosmetic condition of the vehicle.
  • If you decide to sell, you can leave with payment in hand. You can also take up to 7 days to compare your options.

Will you pick up my vehicle from my home?

We are happy to meet our customers at a place they are comfortable with including their home, workplace, or a local Chase Bank. Many customers like the convenience of meeting at the bank, so they can leave with their payment.

If you want to redeem your offer and sell your car to, you have 7 days from the day the offer is made to request a live inspection. We will come to you and we’ll verify your car’s condition, finalize your offer, and you’ll be able to leave with payment in hand.

After requesting an initial offer, you will receive a text, email, or a phone call with a real offer that is valid for 7 days.
